    No matter the name, they all have one key similarity: they consist of lists of contacts and their associated details, neatly organized in a spreadsheet layout.

    You can choose whether to use Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet program. The choice is yours.
  • What are the benefits of a CRM in Google Sheets or Excel?

    Familiarity. Regardless of the industry you're in, chances are you’re familiar with Excel or Google Sheets. When it comes to organizing or managing information, a spreadsheet is often the first tool that comes to mind.

    Wide accessibility. Even if you don't have an active Microsoft 365 subscription, Google Sheets is available for free. Both Excel and Google Sheets are widely accessible and easy to use.

    Security concerns. Spreadsheets can also pose security risks. Once uploaded to OneDrive or Google Sheets, you lose some control over how that data is handled. A simple mistake, like sharing the file accidentally, could expose your contact list.
