Xero

Xero is cloud accounting software. Businesses use it to send invoices, keep their books, and manage the money coming in and out.

The Xero CRM integration lets you create Xero invoices from your OnePageCRM deals. Each contact's page also shows the invoices and quotes that belong to them.

No more copy and paste

With Xero connected, you can:

  • Draft an invoice straight from within OnePageCRM.
  • Search and connect invoices to contacts in Xero (if a contact doesn't exist, one is created for you automatically).
  • Add and edit details like the invoice's date, description, reference, and amount.

All accounting information at your fingertips

A saved copy of every invoice stays in OnePageCRM, viewable anytime from the deal or from the contact's Activity timeline.

And when an invoice needs further edits, one click opens it in your Xero account.

Display Xero invoices and quotes in CRM

All Xero invoices and quotes associated with your CRM contacts are listed on their Contact Pages.

So your sales team can see the invoicing history with every client without opening Xero or double-checking with the accounting team. It's all there, inside your CRM.

Questions

No. Xero is an app businesses use to manage invoicing, reconciliation, accounts payable, and bookkeeping. A CRM, on the other hand, stores contact data and helps you build business relationships, so its data goes well beyond the financial.

Once connected, you can create a draft invoice right from your CRM account. The contact details, deal name, and value go directly into Xero, and if the customer already exists there, the invoice is assigned to them automatically.

After the setup, a Xero icon appears in your Deals section. Click it, enter the invoice details in the pop-up, and hit Send to Xero. That's it, the draft invoice is in Xero with all the customer data.
