Every FreshBooks invoice and estimate for a customer shows on their Contact Page, with the date, a description, the status, and the amount. Click one and it opens in FreshBooks.

So you can tell whether an invoice is still a draft, sent, or already paid without leaving the conversation you're in.

Set a follow-up next to the contact when you send one, and OnePageCRM will remind you to check in if it's still open. The same works for an estimate you're waiting to hear back on.
