Who we are looking for

As our product rapidly develops, we are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving conversations and customer engagement across platforms.

In OnePageCRM, you’ll work on four main projects:

(1) Community engagement

  • Engage in relevant trending topics and discussions online on behalf of the brand.
  • Foster positive brand image across online forums (e.g., Reddit, Quora, ProductHunt).
  • Encourage and facilitate the creation of user-generated content.

(2) Social media content creation & curation

  • Own and implement a social media content plan across LinkedIn, X, and Meta.
  • Develop and deliver collaboration initiatives (co-authored carousels, joint posts, etc.).
  • Analyse and report social media performance and make adjustments.

(3) Online webinars and interviews

  • Work with subject matter experts to identify key discussion points.
  • Create landing pages and registration forms to capture leads and attendees.
  • Develop relevant content (follow-up emails, video snippets, write-ups, etc.).

(4) Review websites

  • Manage and monitor company presence on review platforms (Capterra, G2, SourceForge, etc.).
  • Repurpose positive reviews into marketing assets (social media posts, testimonials).
  • Proactively seek new opportunities for brand online presence.

About you

  • Outgoing, proactive, and enjoys connecting with people.
  • Proven experience in marketing and community engagement (2+ years).
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and initiative in driving results.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest quality of work.
  • Creativity in generating ideas for business growth.
  • Strong commitment to learn about the CRM industry and OnePageCRM.
  • Fluency in English and effective communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferable).
