OnePageCRM (the “Service) has built an open and free API that can be accessed at https://developer.onepagecrm.com/ (the “API”) The API enables developers to build integrations that help other people use the Service in customized ways (an “Integration”). While the API is provided to allow developers to benefit from OnePageCRM, at the same time, we are obliged to protect our system and its users. Therefore should your use of the API pose a threat to our system we may suspend or terminate your account. Your use of the API must comply with this Policy and our Terms of Use.
1. API Abuse
You must follow the API documentation we provide. You won’t attempt to hack or change the way the Service functions. We may throttle your use of the API at any time as well as we may deny You access to the API or shut down your Integration if you try to exceed the limits we set.
2. Ownership
We own all worldwide rights, titles, and interest in the Service and the API, including all intellectual property rights, marks, code, and features. You won’t infringe or copy our code, design, or content. If you give us comments about the API or the Service, we may copy, modify, create derivative works, display, disclose, distribute, and use that feedback without any obligation to compensate you.
3. Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that you’ll maintain all the licenses required for your Integration and that your Integration won’t violate any law or regulations in any way.
4. Disclaimer
The API is provided on an “as is” basis. OnePageCRM does not warrant the API will meet your specific requirements or purpose.
5. Updates
OnePageCRM can change and update the API from time to time without notice. These changes may affect your use of the API or the way your Integration interacts with the API. If we make a change that’s unacceptable to you, you should stop using the API. Continued use of the API means you accept the change.
6. Indemnification
OnePageCRM cannot be held accountable for any losses that result from third-party claims that relate to your use of the API.
